Welcome to the Karl J. Fulton Pony League! Established in 1958, our league is dedicated to introducing the game football to young athletes, emphasizing fundamental skills and ensuring that every child the chance to compete. Originally known as the Hilltop Lions League, we have a history of fostering both athletic talent and the importance of education. 

 

​Initially, the league was called the Hilltop Lions League and was under the jurisdiction of the Westgate Hawks football program founded in 1957 by Dennis McDonald, a former All City quarterback at West High School and Norman Richardson, a former All State tackle at North High School.
